Excellent little machine
I don't normally write reviews so soon after receiving an item, but this one deserves to be an exception. First, it arrived a week sooner than estimated. Thanks, folks. Second, it is as quiet as was described - that's a rarity! Third, the paperwork for it was helpful - you must read them before plugging it in. Fourth, the customer service was amazingly responsive - I accidentally thru out the instruction manual after reading it and requested a new one to be emailed to me on late afternoon on Thanksgiving - despite being filtered thru Amazon's email system, by late evening the requested manual was in my Inbox! The little freezer fits nicely under the counter in my kitchen and it sips energy so lightly that it can be running at the same time as my regular fridge without a problem.

Great mini freezer, worked fine when wé connected it. Would recomend. The negative was that it took over a week to get it delivered, the box was dammaged but the freezer was ok.

Excellent Little Freezer
Arrived well packaged, per the instructions we let it sit a little to settle and also wiped down the inside. After turning it on it was able to freeze a cup of water in the first 10 hrs (maybe earlier but I was at work). Relatively quiet - makes less noise when it turns on than a traditional kitchen fridge/freezer, but if you are in the same room you will be able to hear it. Great for breast milk storage.
